First you authenticate using the credentials you received from Datacamo support:
Click the "+1" icon in the top right side of the dashboard:
Enter the member email or the device mac address, select the network you want to give access to and click save:
Configure the new user by selecting a package that provides the appropriate access, by default the package is set to deny all:
