When looking at a network mapping under the LSN interface you will see a field called "Account Controller".
This field denotes who controls the underlying user account.
If this field contains the word: "Organization" then your organization has the ability to manage the user account.
One privilege that is extended organizations that own user accounts is the right to generate a new password for the account and have it delivered in clear text one time.
To do this you click the "Reset Password" button. First you get the default screen allowing you send an email to the user and let them reset. You click "No":
If the account is owned by your organization you will get a second screen asking if you want to generate a new password for the user.
If you click YES the user account password is overridden in real-time and all the devices that are using this account will need to enter the new password to gain access to the network. The user may be mapped to several networks, clicking YES will change the password for all. The change takes place instantly and is not reversible.
