When logging into the dashboard for the first time, it will be in search-only mode, which means you have to type in a member's username or a device MAC address in the search bar to get access to their profile.
Search only mode
To find a member or device in this mode, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the location you would like to search from the dropdown menu at the top of the page. By default, 'All' is selected.
Step 2: Enter the member's email address, or the device's MAC address in the search bar.
Step 3: Wait for the search to complete, you don't have to press enter or click any button. It is complete when you see the status in the bottom right hand corner of the page turn to 'Search complete...'.
Step 4: View the member/device details by clicking on the pen icon .
Show all mode
To see all members and devices at a glance, without having to search, toggle the Dashboard into show-all mode.
Step 1: Select the location you would like to display from the dropdown menu at the top of the page. By default, 'All' is selected.
Step 2: Click on the magnifying glass icon . An 'x' will appear, and then icon will look like this

Step 3: The Dashboard will now look for all members and devices associated with that location. You will see a loading icon at the bottom left of the page , wait until the list of members and devices appears. You do not have to press any button or click again during this time.
Step 4: If you want, you can now search for an specific device or member by entering the email or MAC address in the search bar.
