Making changes
Step 1: Log into the Lionstripe Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on the settings button next to the users name.
Step 3: Make the necessary changes to the user/devices.
Step 4: Click on the Save button once you are finished.
Deleting a user/device
Step 1: Log into the Lionstripe Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on the settings button next to the users name.
Make sure you select the correct user/device to delete before proceeding.
Step 3: Click on the Delete button .
Step 4: If you are sure you would like to delete the user/device, click on the Yes button .
Resending a password
Step 1: Log into the Lionstripe Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on the settings button next to the users name.
Step 3: Click on the Get Password button .
Step 4: The password has now been copied to your clipboard. The admin can enter it manually on the user's device or send it via the welcome email/Whatsapp/Slack, etc. Whatever is most convenient and secure.
Resetting a password
Step 1: Log into the Lionstripe Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on the settings button next to the users name.
Step 3: Click on the Reset Password button .
Option 1: Force reset the password
It's important to note that when you force reset a user/device's password, the old password will no longer work and they will lose connectivity on any devices that were logged in using the old password.
Step 1:Click on when prompted toEmail password reset request?
Step 2: Click when prompted to Auto generate a new user password?
Step 3: The password has now been copied to your clipboard. The admin can enter it manually on the user's device or send it via email/Whatsapp/Slack, etc. Whatever is most convenient and secure.
Option 2: Password reset email/challenge
If you would like the user to recieve and automated password reset email, select this option.
Step 1:Click on when prompted to Email password reset request?
Step 2: The user will receive an email containing the steps they need to follow to reset their password.
Their password will remain unchanged and useable until they actually follow the steps to change it.
