If your company is setup to issue OpenVPN access you will have the option to issue profiles to staff members using the LSC dashboard.
To add a new user, access the users menu at the top -> Add User/Mac:
Next enter the email address of the user you want to add. EAP credentials are required, so only email addresses are valid for VPN access.
Select Type: VPN
Network: the property you are adding access to.
Pack: The package, indicating the level of access allowed.
Last Add users.
This will either create the new EAP user or simply map the VPN to their existing account. Once complete you will be taken to the Mapping page.
Here expand the Profile section and use the drop down to select the type of profile you wish to add. In most cases only a single profile exists, unless you have exotic or very old operating systems at your site that require custom profiles.
Once added, select the little gear icon next to the new profile. That takes you to the profile page where you can send the profile to the user by clicking the little email icon in the upper right hand corner.
Their username is the email address and the password is issued as per normal under the user profile.
