Getting Online (Dashboard url Ends in MDU)

Step 1: Log into the Lionstripe Dashboard to get your phones, computers and devices online

Dashboard URL: https://apps.datacamo.net/MDU/

Your username and password have been sent to your email address. Feel free to share the email with anyone that needs access to the dashboard in your unit.

 

Step 2: Your your computers, phones and tables online using the credentials found in your dashboard. 

Network Name: XXX-Residents

Username: XXXXXX

Password: XXXX

Share this with anyone in your unit. Note: In order to see and control your smart devices you have to get your computers and phones on this network. Do not use the Guest Network.

 

Step 2: Register each of your smart devices on the Lionstripe Dashboard


All smart devices like Smart TVs, Gaming consoles, streaming devices and gaming consoles have a MAC address which needs to be added to the Lionstripe Dashboard. This way the system knows which devices should be part of your home network. 

Option 1: Use Auto Detect (Quick and Easy- Recommended)

  1. Log into the Lionstripe Dashboard.

  2. Click “View/Add Device” > click on the plus icon to add a new device and enter the description for the device like PS3, TV living room, etc

  3. On your device, go to Wi-Fi Settings (you are not yet joining this network, you are just getting the device ready for a quick connect).

    • Network: XXXX-Devices

    • Password: Enter the device password provided on the dashboard but DO NOT CLICK JOIN NETWORK YET!

  4. Return to the Lionstripe Dashboard and Click “Start Auto Detect” to begin.

  5. Now, go back to your device and now click Join Network. 

  6.  Return to the Lionstripe dashboard, find your device form the list and click confirm to accept the registration and you are done.
    Note: you have 5 minutes to complete this process. If you need to start over, just click the back button and start over.

Option 2: Register the MAC Address Manually

  1. Find your device’s MAC address see this help center article or search the web by your device make and model to get step-by-step instructions on finding the MAC address. 

  2. Tip: A MAC address looks like this: 00:1A:2B:3C:4D:5E.

  3. Log into the Lionstripe Dashboard.

  4. Click “View/Add Device" and toggle "Use Manual mode" to "On"

  5. Enter your device’s MAC address manually and click Add Device.

  6. Connect your device to:

    • Network: XXX-Devices
      Password: Provided on the dashboard
