Do you need help getting online for the first time?
Be sure to check with your inbox for an email from us containing your access credentials for the Lionstripe Dashboard. If you already have your credentials, please find the step-by-step instructions to get online.
If you are having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi for any reason, please join Guest network, the password is located in your Lionstripe Dashboard.
If you've connected to both the Guest and Residents network, your device might bounce between the two networks, causing disruptions. To avoid this please forget/disconnect from the Guest network, and make use of only the Residents network.
