When connecting to the [YOUR BUILDING NAME]-Residents network, your device does not ask you for a username and password, but instead just asks you for a password, it probably means your device does not support EAP (username and password) authentication. In this case you have two options:
- If you need the device to be able to see and/or communicate with other devices on the network, you will have to (1) find the device's MAC address, and (2) add it to the Lionstripe Dashboard before (3) connecting it to the network. To do that follow the these steps to get online.
- If you don't need your device to see and/or communicate with other devices on the network, you can simply add the device to the [YOUR BUILDING NAME]-Guest network. To do this follow these steps.
- You have a printer, streaming devices or gaming console. To connect any of these devices follow these steps.
