1. Log into your Lionstripe dashboard
2. On the lefthand panel, hover over the second icon to expand the Network AccessControl options. Then click on All Mappings.
3. On the upper righthand corner, use the search bar and enter the username or mac address (partial will display results as well)
4. Find the user you want to grant wired access to and click on the gear icon
5. Under Package Maps > click on the plus Icon
6. You'll now add the appropriate selections based on the type of user/device you want to give wired access to and the level of security required.
The easiest and less secure method is using the Mac address:
- Under User name: Enter the wired mac address of the device.
- Under Location: Select the property you are giving the user access to
- Under Type: Select Wired
- Under package: To add a user/device to a Private Package (users/devices that want to be on their own company network) select MAC- Private Package Name
The more secure method- .1x (email username and password)
- Under User name: This will be pre-populated already
- Under Location: Select the property you are giving the user access to
- Under Type: Select Wired
- Under package: To add a user/device to a Private Package (users/devices that want to be on their own company network) select Email- Private Package Name
